Connecticut is in the middle of an affordable housing crisis. This means that there are fewer affordable housing options available than people who need them. What's worse, while we work to build and convert new housing, we are losing existing affordable options. Connecticut legistators are considering expanding Just Cause Eviction Protections with H.B. 6889. The All In Alliances and our partners, CT for All, The Housing Collective and The Connecticut Project are working together to help pass this critical affordable housing bill ... [ more ]

August 20, 2024 - All In for Milford sends our heartfelt prayers to our neighbors in the Naugatuck Valley communities impacted by the devastating storm and flooding that took place on Sunday.  Our deepest condolences go out to the families of Audrey Rostkowski and Ethelyn Joiner, who were swept away by the floodwaters. June 19, 2024 - Last night the Milford Planning and Zoning Board unanimously approved Beth-El Center's proposed new operations site at 993 Bridgeport Avenue in Milford. In addition, there were over thirty written letters of support for the project plus fifty supporters who were present at the Planning and Zoning meeting. The Beth-El Center project had no community opposition to the planned expansion, a testament to the positive and trusting relationships built by the Beth-El Center with the community at large ... April 4, 2024 - Our Third Annual Community Dinner was a wonderful evening of fellowship and "strategery" -  with over 50 All In members from across the valley in attendance! We kicked off with a delicious meal catered by Pops and provided by alliance member, TEAM, Inc. March 22, 2024 [Southington, CT] - Today the Connecticut Chapter of the American Planning Association (CCAPA) presented the All In Alliances in Ansonia, Derby, Milford, Oxford, Seymour, and Waterbury with their 2024 Citizen Planner Award, at their annual awards luncheon.  The ceremony was attended by over 60 Connecticut city planners and colleagues in government, public service, and philanthropy ...
