Just Cause Eviction Protections Connecticut is in the middle of an affordable housing crisis. This means that there are fewer affordable housing options available than people who need them. What's worse, while we work to build and convert new housing, we are losing existing affordable options. Connecticut legistators are considering expanding Just Cause Eviction Protections with H.B. 6889. Milford P&Z Unanimously Approves New Beth-El Center June 19, 2024 - Last night the Milford Planning and Zoning Board unanimously approved Beth-El Center's proposed new operations site at 993 Bridgeport Avenue in Milford.
